System must support both voice reproduction and live musical performances. Installation must be aesthetically compatible with the interior structural design and allow for modification. System should, as a minimum, provide 115 db sound levels at any point in the room without distortion. Proposals will be evaluated for best overall value to the government considering first, the ability of the equipment to meet the performance requirements; second, design evaluation to determine how well the system will blend with the existing decor; third, past performance and fourth, price. Solicitations will be available on or after 03 Apr 96. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, April 09 at 10:00AM CDT.
