All responsible source who can provide the above requirements shall submit a written response which shall include; price(s); F.O.B. point; POC (name and telephone number); a description of the software offered in sufficient technical detail to show compatibility to permit a technical evaluation; delivery date; business size; payment terms and remittance address.
