The FERC's requirement includes, but is not limited to: Applictions Support which genrally includes sotware engineering; Operations Support which includes routine day-to-day operational activities, planning, technical and adminstrative support to include Help Desk, Hotline Service, Depot Operations, Inventory Operations, Telephone Operator and Director Services, and ADP Training; and On-Site Telephone and Computer Support to include Network Operations and Systems Administration. This is a request for information only. This is not a Request for Proposals. The FERC will not pay for information received in response to this Request for Information. The FERC anticipates that the type of contract to be utilized will be Indefinite Quantity/indefinite Delivery with firm-fixed price labor rates. (0086)
