The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a Purchase Order to Digital Equipment Corporation to provide maintenance and repair of Government-Owned equipment as shown below: Fujitsu - 3480 tape cart drive (71 each); M4 9914 9-Track tape drive (121 each); Microtech Scanmaker II MRS6000 (28 each); HP 4SI laserjet printer (71 each). Numerous site locations for the equipment listed above. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a written response in sufficient detail to allow a technical evaluation for determining compatibility which shall include: price(s); F.O.B. point; POC (name and telephone number); delivery date; business size; payment terms and remittance address.
