for 77, part II, multiple award Federal supply schedule, musical
instruments: Instruments, amplifiers, accessories, and spare parts.
Resulting contracts will be indefinite-delivery/indefinte quantity
contracts with a $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. FOB
origin-50 States, Washington, DC and Puerto Rico. To assist the
customer agencies to determine when they should seek a price decrease,
a level called a maximum order will be extablished under each
contract. When an agency order exceeds this amount, It is recommended
that tht agency contact the vendor for a reduced price. The vendors
will not be obligated to accept these orders in accordance with FAR.
52.216-19. All contracts to be awarded include industrial funding
provisions. Various clauses including clause I-FSS-599, electronic
Commerce-federalacquisition network (facnet) are included which
implement GSA advantage (GSA'Son-line shopping program). All contracts
awarded under this multiple award schedule Solicitation will include
an option to extend along with other related clauses which allow for
extension of the term of the contract. The option provisions allow for
an option to be exercised at the end of the contract. The option
provisions allow for an option to be exercised at the end of the
initial basic schedule period, extending the contract performance
period for an additional 5-year period with annual open seasons as
appllicable. During the open Season for the beginning of the contract
extension period, offers for identical items will be considered.
03/01/97, or date of award, whichever islater, through 02/28/02
contract period. Solicitation will be reopened 4 times during the
contract period to consider new offers. The four open seasons are
asfollows: March 1998; March 1999; March 2000; and March 2001. See NOTE
