Locations of these conferences are tentatively scheduled in the cities of Boston, MA; Cleveland, OH; andSan Francisco, CA. Dates are tentatively scheduled as follows: 26, 31 July and 02 August 1996 respectively. All interested parties are invited to attend the conference(s) of your choice. Each conference will further discuss the Government'sinitiatives concerning commercial contracting processes/solicitations, centralized payments of ships' bunker invoice payments; magnetic strip card processes and implementations, and Electronic Commerce/Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
