The Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the LRAS3 and the synopsis published 16 Feb 96 is are amended to include the following statement: ''Contingent upon meeting established security requirements, industry from the following countries have been determined to be eligible to participate in the LRAS3 program: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and South Korea. Countries other than those listed may request copies of the classified Operational Requirements Document (ORD), but release cannot be guaranteed. Foreign industry desiring copies of the classified ORD must submit an official request through their embassy to HQ DA, Attn: DAMI-POC, Washington DC 20310-1001.'' This modification synopsis supercedes the modification synopsis published on 25 Mar 96. No extension to the proposal due date is contemplated. (0086)
