Description of content: The Order contains regulations governing the manufacture of and trade in beer. Alongside raw material requirements the Order also contains designation criteria and a deposit regulation. 7. Objective and rationale: The Order is intended to replace the 1984 Beer Order II and to implement the Benelux Regulations regarding the harmonization of legislation governing beer (M(92)10. 8.
