Analytical, Logistic and Technical Support Services - The contractor shall provide the necessary labor, materials and equipment to perform specified tasks in support of the Naval Sea Automated Data Systems Activity (NAVSEAADSA). The contract vehicle will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Term)/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. Delivery schedules will be determined as delivery orders are issued. Tasks will be clearly identified in individual delivery orders and will fall within the following general task areas: 1) Outfitting Programs Assistance, 2) Management Support and Coordination, 3) Supply and Logistics Management Systems, 4) Engineering and Logistic Support for programs such as the Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS), and 5) Analytical and Technical Support. Period of Performance will consist of one base year with four one-year option periods. This is a Best Value Procurement and award will be based on Past Performance, Technical Merit and Cost. Technical merit will be evaluated on the following criteria: Corporate Experience, Personnel Resources, Technical Approach and Management Plan.
