The final media must be paper, image and database. Original paper is not numbered and is required to be numbered sequentially during the coding and indexing. The documents are located in various locations, including Colorado, Nevada and Port Hueneme, CA and will not be releaseable outside of those facilities. Scanning micro-film is acceptable; however, is cost prohibitive. Images should be delivered on CD-ROM and a floppy disc should also be made available. Five sets of paper copies assembled in logical fashion are required for most of the images. The condition of the paper will vary from document to document. Expect there will be some tears, crumpled, hole-punched, faded and most likely stapled. Papers are organized in notebooks, dividers/tabs, paper clips, folders, binder clips and two hole slips. Pages are two-sided, highlighted and contain post-it notes. There will be large size drawings and CPM schedules; along with photographs. There are approximately 500,000 pages.
