ABC will serve as the on-site facilitator of a planned Defense Conversion and Entrepreneurial Conference that will be held May 20-23, 1996, in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The ABC is operated by the Pragma Corporation and is funded primarily by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Conference is aimed at two key goals: facilitating the further development of U.S.-Russian business partnerships and providing information to Russian defense enterprises and U.S. companies that will increase the likelihood of successful business ventures in the future. Interested firms must express their interest in writing and demonstrate their capability to respond to the requirement.
