Description of Work: The work will consist of performing the construction of all necessary modifications to correct Life Safety Code deficiencies, meet current Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO) standards to include the installation of automatic sprinklers throughout the facility. Contract options will be advertised to include the construction of (1) renovation of OB/GYN and Postpartum, (2) renovation of Ward Floors 6 and 7 and (3) renovation of ICU/CCU.
