Tank modifications including the removal and replacement of the floating roof upper and lower seals, repainting the floating roofs, adding 8'' aluminum standpipes, disconnecting some of the interior rain gutter systems, modifying the gauging platforms and other tank appurtenances to accommodate new dome roofs. 2. Provide aluminum geodesic dome roofs per API 650 Appendix G. Five of these tanks are located in Manchester, Washington, USA, and the sixth is located in Tsurumi, Japan. Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) Engineered and Installed Quality, 2) Price, 3) Management Plan, and 4) Past Performance. Estimated Value - $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
