Y -- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TO BLDG 434, AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ADDITION TO BLDG 434 SOL DAAC01-96-B-0018 DUE 051996 POC Contract Specialist RITA DINGLER (205) 235-6027 (Site Code DAAC01) Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof for maintenance and repair to Building 434, and construction of new addition to Building 434, the Maintenance & Repair Facility, Building 434, located at Anniston Army Depot. In general, work shall consist of electrical work; demolition of materials as shown on drawings; new concrete foundations, slabs, patches and drains; new pre-engineered metal building; new roll-up doors and personnel doors as required; new ventilation system; new steam heating system; new compressed air and water plumbing systems; painting as shown and required; new overhead crane support structure and jib boom supports; welding machine and air filter electrical outlets. Estimated project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. One job. Job is to be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, 36201.
