The work constists of the construciton of a waterborne restroom with septic tanks, absorption system, lift station, concrete walks, vehicular pavement, load bearing split-faced and regular integrally colored concrete masonry units, metal siding, wood frame roof structure w/fiberglass shingles, quarry tile floors, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures and service. In addition it consists of the demolition of four round corrugated vault toilets, two of which are at the site for the new construction and two are near the entrance to the park. Estimated magnitude of work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
