Project No. VPR 92001; Estimated Cost: $15,000,000.00 to $20,000,000.00. The subject procurement is open to both small and large business concerns. The subject procurement will be solicited in Two Parts. Part One will require offerors to submit data reqarding technical qualifications. All offerors meeting the technical qualifications in Part One will be allowed to go forward into Part Two and submit price proposals. A non-refundable charge of $200.00 will be required in order for offerors to obtain technical documents which will consists of but not limited a partial (approximately 20) set of drawings, scope of description. No charge will be requested in part Two. Only certified checks and money orders will be accepted. Technical documents will be available on or about 4/12/96. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on April 25, 1996 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The time and location will be published at a later date. Pre-Solicitation notices will be mailed on 4/2/96. (0086)
