The work includes removal and disposal of existing deteriorated storage tank floating roof, installation of a new tank cone roof complete with vent assembly and provision of new tank overflow slots and rain hoods, repair/replace six inch diameter piping including framework, replace wrapping of the valve pit piping system including, painting and restencil of markings, and cleaning, preparation, and recoating of the surge storage tank interior and exterior surfaces, and appurtenant piping. The work is located at Lower Sasa Valley Tank Farm, U. S. Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Guam, M.I. The performance period is 190 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 16 April 1996 at no charge and issued on a first come first serve basis. Only one set per request.
