Replace three(3) existing 820 ton centrifugal chillers of 1150 tons each. One that will serve as 50% load standby. Add an additional 450 ton centrifugal chiller with associated chilled and condenser water pumps for future 24 hour computer room loads. Replace existing chilled and condenser pumps. Remove two secondary chilled water pumps and install two new pumps at a new location. Replace existing 3 cell 3000 ton cooling tower with a 3 cell 3600 ton fiberglass cooling tower. Install condenser water filter systems condenser tube cleaning systems, refrigerant monitoring systems, emergency ventilation, expand and upgrade electrical components and system, and provide a stand alone DDC Chiller Plant Management system.
