This is an Indefinite Quantity contract to provide and secure replacement and/or repairs to existing carpet, sheet vinyl, and resilient tile flooring coverings. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, management, tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, facilities, and transportation necessary to install, replace, and/or repair carpet, sheet vinyl, and resilient tile floor covering in Laurel Bay Military Housing Units, Laurel Bay Schools 1 and 2, and various other buildings aboard the Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, S.C. The contractor shall provide the majority of the carpet, carpet padding, sheet vinyl flooring, and all of the vinyl composition floor tile and cove base molding as required for installation in the family housing units and other work locations. The proposed contract listed herein is issued as an unrestricted procurement. Therefore replies to this notice are requested from all types of business.
