The work is broken into two (2) projects. The first project consists of demolishing a section of the existing deteriorated east overrun and repair by replacement with new concrete/asphalt. Additionally, a new concrete turn around will be constructed. All lighting, drainage, aviation requirements, and appurtenance will be included. The second project consists of removing deteriorated concrete and replacing with new including sub grade work and necessary appurtenance. Approximately 6000 cy of concrete and seven (7) tons of asphalt will be used and the surrounding drainage will require some topsoil, fine grading and seed. Location of work is the New York Air National Guard Base, Niagara Falls International Airport, Niagara Falls, New York. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The performance time for the project will be 270 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
