HARVEY (205) 235-7558 (Site Code DAAC01) SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS Contractor shall be responsible for providing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all work in the construction of a 40' by 40' metal building located at Building 378. The metal building shall have potable water, sewer, compressed air, natural gas, and 3 phase electrical utility services. Two 1000 pound capacity knee type jib cranes shall be provided and attached to the center rigid frame of the metal building. Provide two each employee isolation booths inside the metal building and provide two each new 1000 gallon storage tanks for diesel fuel and transmission fuel, with distribution piping. Contractor shall arrange work so as to keep interruption and interference with Depot operations to an absolute minimum. Estimated project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. One job. Job is to be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, 36201. Completion time to be within 180 calendar days after date of notice to proceed.
