Joints with fine hair lines and fine shrinkage cracks, but otherwise full and solid will not be considered defective. ``Masonry'' means stone, architectural precast concrete, brick, terra cotta and any other clay or concrete material presenting an appearance of stone. All work to be performed at the US Courthouse, 400 South Phillips Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD. Bid opening date is scheduled for June 3, 1996. Plans and specifications available after April 22, 1996.
