Dust Collector Kits to include: dust collector, duct, hose, and attachment plenum. The U S Postal Service is attempting to identify vendors who can supply dust collectors which meet the following minimum requirements: 1) 1200 CFM at 12 inches total static pressure; 2) noise level - 75db or less; 3) inlet 8 inches at top of collector; 4) outlet 8 inch minimum at top of collector; 5) footprint 34 inches by 39 inches max; 6) automatic filter cleaning-not using compressed air; 7) 99% efficiency on 1 micron or larger particulate; 8) UL approved; 9) automatic start circuit controlled by 110VAC signal; 10) 208 VAC supply voltage; and, 11) dust-proof enclosures for controls. Ducts, hoses, and attachment plenum will be per USPS supplied drawings. A one-year warranty on parts is required plus an additional five-year parts availability on a next-day basis. The selected supplier must install two units at a test site, and must demonstrate capability of deploying fifty units per month FOB destination to sites throughout the United States. Installation of equipment will be performed by USPS personnel. Responses will be accepted for inclusion in a bidders list for 15 calendar days following publication of this notice.
