Messina, Contracting Officer, 703-305-8448 The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) intends to utilize simplified acquisition procedures for the purchase, delivery, set-up, configuration, and maintenance of 100 seats of Crystal Info software. Crystal Info is a server based, enterprise-wide dBase reporting and report distribution product. The PTO requires that the vendor be a certified value added reseller (VAR) of Crystal Info. The PTO intends to award the purchase order on a sole-source basis to MB Consulting, 302 Marcum Court, Sterling, VA 20164-1455. This acquisition is being conducted subject to FAR 6.302. MB Consulting is the only VAR certified by the manufacturer of Cystal Info. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement.
