Proposal F41624-96-R-5003 for research and development in support of
the Logistics Research Division of Armstrong Laboratory (AL/HRG),
Wright-Patterson AFB OH to develop the functional, informational,
technical, and human-computer interface requirements for an integrated
maintenance information system for the Air Logistics Centers. This is
the second phase of an effort to develop an integrated information
capability for Air Force programmed depot maintenance activities
(reference Sources Sought Synopsis PKRH 96-06, published 26 Dec 95).
This procurement is a Full and Open Competition. It is estimated that
the Request for Proposal will be released in mid May 1996. Industry Day
is scheduled for 9 Apr 96, 9:00AM - 11:00AM ET, Armstrong Laboratory,
Building 190, 2nd floor conference room, at Wright-Patterson AFB OH.
Seating for the conference will be limited to two representatives from
each company. Additionally, one-hour, one-on-one conference periods
will be available starting the afternoon of 9 Apr 96 for serious
offerors to ask competition sensitive questions. One-on-one conference
periods are by appointment only and will not be limited in seating.

desiring a one-on-one conference period should call Lt. Patrick Pohle

will be available on the World Wide Web after 31 Mar 96. WWW site is as

Document Center (TDC) in support of ITI-ALC will be available on 27 Mar
96. The TDC will be located in Building 190, Division Technical
Library, Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Users must complete a Registration
Form, provide proof of citizenship, and provide an approved DD Form
2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement), prior to making an
appointment to use the TDC. Registration forms may be obtained and
appointments may be made by contacting Ms. Vicki Anderson, (513)
255-6887. Hours of operation for the TDC are from 1:00PM to 4:00PM,
Monday through Thursday, and from 1:00PM to 3:00PM on Friday.
Appointments are required and may be scheduled by contacting Ms.
Anderson after 8:30AM, Monday through Friday. Certain documents may be
checked out overnight and returned no later than 9:00AM the following
day. There will not be any reproduction facilities available on-site.
