The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for technical and analytical support services. The tasks to be supported consist of Systems Engineering, Test and Evaluation, and Program Planning. The tasking concentrates specifically on obtaining the technical and analytical support needed to plan and support Navy Combat Identification (CID) System's programs. Contractor support to NRL shall include data to meet the documentation and planning requirements of the Navy and to insure development of an evolutionary, improved identification capability with NATO interoperability. A detailed statement of work will be issued with the Solicitation. The period of performance will be for 60 months. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for small businesses.
