CONTRACT INFORMATION: Indefinite Delivery Contract for inspection of Operations and Maintenance Painting of several District Projects. The work will involve inspection and testing of paint application on District Projects. This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size. If a large business is selected for this work, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 regarding the requirements for a subcontracting plan on that part of the work it intends to subcontract. The amount of the contract will be NTE $750,000.00 per year and $150,000.00 for each individual work order. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: Disciplines involved include but are not limited to civil/structural engineers or qualified technicians. 3. SELECTION CRITERIA: See Note 24 for general selection process. The selection criteria are listed below in descending order of importance (first by major criterion and then by each subcriterion). Criteria a-d are primary. Criteria e-g are secondary and will only be used as ''tie-breakers'' among technically equal firms. (a) Personnel experienced in performing paint inspection and testing of paint materials: (b) Ability to furnish sufficient experienced and qualified paint inspectors for six (6) separate contracts; (c) Minimum of five (5) years experience of the firm in providing such services for Corps of Engineers or other Federal Agency projects or State Agency projects; (d) Current Workload; (e) Proximity of firms locations to the Winfield, West Virginia area; (f) SB and SDB Participation; and (g) Volume of DoD contract awards in the last twelve (12) months. 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: See Note 24 for general submission requirements. Interested firms having the capabilities to perform the work and who desire to be considered must submit two copies of SF 255 (11/92 edition) and two copies of SF 254 (11/92 edition) for the prime firm and all consultants, to the above address not later than the close of business on the 30th day aftr the date of this announcement. If the 30th day is a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal holiday, the deadline will be the close of business of the next business day. Solicitation packages are not provided.
