Creech, Contract Specialist, (217) 785-3682. This announcement is to revise the selection criteria previously advertised in the CBD on 20 March 1996 for this project. The revised evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional Qualifications necessary for satisfactory completion of required services, to include experienced program manager, architect, civil engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, structural engineer and related support personnel. (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. (4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules. (5) Location in the general geographical area of Scott Air Force Base and knowledge of the locality of the project. (6) Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design; and (7) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense in the past twelve (12) months. All other terms and conditions of the original CBD announcement remain unchanged (to include the due date for the SF 254 and the SF 255 - 30 days from 30 March 1996). (085)
