This announcement is to revise the selection criteria previously advertised in the CBD for this project. The revised evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are: 1. Professional Qualifications of the A/E firm with respect to performance on Department of Defense contracts. 2. Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. 3. Capacity to accomplish designs within the required time. 4. Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. 5. Location in the general geographical area of 182d IL ANG Base, Peoria, IL, limited to a 25 mile radius. 6. Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design and 7. Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense. All other terms and conditions of the original CBD announcement remain unchanged. (085)
