of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) contracts with brokers to act as
Real Estate Asset Managers (REAM) to arrange for and supervise the
management, operation, repair maintenance and rental of acquired and
custodial residential properties within specified geographic areas.
From time to time real estate brokers, contractors, or inspectors may
be requested to perform certain, unspecified inspection services of a
REAM's performance. Services include, but are not limited to: property
inspection to determine compliance or non-compliance with contract
terms, completion of HUD forms, and submission of photographs
documenting non-compliance with contractual duties. To qualify for
award, bidders must submit acceptable documentation which clearly
demonstrates its experience and illustrates its capacity to provide
these services. Base term of one year with two option periods, total
term not to exceed three years. Requests for bid documents should be in
