USAED, New York requires Department of Transportation (DOT) certified BLS Ambulance on-site at former Raritian Arsenal, Edison, New Jersey, to provide transportation, if required, to JFK Hospital or Robert Wood Hospital, Edison Township, New Jersey. Contractor shall also provide two (2) New Jersey certified Level ''A'' Emergencey Medical Terchnicians (EMT's) and back-up crew. EMTs must attend a one (1) day government training session. Performance period is approximately twelve weeks (12) beginning the latter part of April 1996. Services shall be provided on an ''as zneeded'' basis. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number DACA51-96-Q-0056 shall be issued on or about 19 April 1996. There are limited number of the RFQ available. Fascimile copies shall be accepted and also sent to interested parties. This request shall be expedited in the best interest of the government.
