The work consists of the continued restoration of the Test Firing Range, including but not limited to: demolition, removal of asbestos pipe insulation, site grading, concrete construction, waterproofing, grading and paving, new HVAC system, new overhead door, new overhead crane, refurbishment of moveable roof structure, new cable tray, general power, and lighting rehabilitation. Estimate range for the total effort is between $750,000 & $1,000,000. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
