Construction includes minor asbestos abatement, demolition of buildings containing lead paint, site work, new utilities, roads, new buildings and landscaping. Selection criteria will be based on the following main factors: 1) Technical Proposal, 2) Price, 3) Experience with design/construction of multifamily housing, 4) Project Management Plan.
