Work requires contractor to perform operational repair and renovation; minor construction; pavement sealing, striping and re-striping; curbing installation; and guardrail installation at the numerous Lake Projects of Center Hill Lake, Cordell Hull Lake, Old Hickory Lake and J. Percy Priest Reservoir. The areas where the work is located are in Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Trousdale, Smith, Jackson, Clay, DeKalb, Putnam and White Counties, TN. Multiple awards MAY be made from this solicitation, but only one award per Project. Contractors may submit bids on ANY OR ALL four Projects. Partial bids for a Project WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Delivery orders will be issued based on an as-needed basis, based on the unit price schedule prices in the contract/s. The contract/s duration will be an initial 12 month period with an option for two (2) additional 12 month periods, at the discretion of the government. The Government will obligate to the Contractor a minimum of $20,000.00 for the base year (for each Project awarded). This guaranteed fee is a recordable obligation at the time of award and as such, will be fully funded upon contract award. If the Government exercises the options, a minimum of $20,000.00 per Project, per the option year exercised, will be obligated. Work is estimated to be in the $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 range, per Project and per option exercised. Bid documents will be available o/a 29 Mar 96 at a cost of $10.00 per set.
