Part B includes demolition required for repair and replacement work, as well as repairs, removal, replacement and alterations to an existing facility. Work expertise requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, roofing, painting, concrete, windows, doors and incidental related work for interior building systems. Exterior work includes expertise in roofing, concrete walls and surfaces, flexible and concret paving, painting an incidental related exterior work. Removal and disposal of materials known to contain lead or asbestos are included. The project will be at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA. S.I.C. Code is 1542, ''General Contractors-Nonresidential Buildings, Other Than Industrial Buildings and Warehouses''. The estimated cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
