Front entry requirements are to remove the existing glass swinging doors, store- front glazing, framing, vestibule structure, quarry tile flooring to accomodate new elongated automatic revolving door unit and single swinging fire exit door. Rebuild storefront framing and glazing, patch quarry tile, and rework electrical circuits and fire alarm. Rear entry requirements are to remove interior and exterior existing glass swinging doors, install new exterior pair of swinging aluminum storefront doors. Install standard manually operated revolving door in vestibule. Rework hollow metal framing and glazing at military police office. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract completion is 30 days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. This project is subject to the availability of funds.
