PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to remove rubber and paint from the runways, taxiways and ramps at Edwards Air Force Base. The removal of rubber and paint shall be accomplished by use of high pressure water techniques (minimum 8,000 psi/maximum 8,500 psi). The use of chemicals or abrasives of any kind will not be allowed. The contract will have a 5 year basic performance period. Minium Guarantee: $50,000. Maximum contract value: $250,000. This acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition. SIC Code 1799. Bids will be due 20 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
