Z -- REPAIR CHAPEL ROOF (BLDG. 777) AT NSA MEMPHIS, MILLINGTON, TN SOL N62467-95-C-E266. Due 051596. Contact Dolores Quinton (901-873-5061), Contracting Officer Gary Busby, (901-873-5061). Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for repairing the existing Chapel roof. Primarily the purpose of this contract is for removing existing EPDM base flashing and providing new EPDM base flashing at all parapet walls and roof penetrations, which includes removing existing ballast from these areas to be patched, and reinstalling this ballast after the roof patching has been accomplished. Also to be included are work items such as removal of some wood nailers and providing some new wood nailers, removal of some deteriorated roof insulation and providing some new roof insulation, and incidental related work. Time for completion is 90 calendar days. Cost estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is a firm fixed price construction project. Solicitation will issue on or about April 15, 1996.
