Kewley 605/673-2251, Contracting Officer Purpose of this project is to modify three existing 2-unit toilet buildings from re-circulating chemical toilets to SST vault toilets. Removing chemical units, raising the recessed floor, removing & reconstructing 2 of the interior walls, framing & relocating service room doors, covering the walls and ceiling with fiber reinforced plastic sheets. All electrical, plumbing, and exhaust vent work needed. Existing chemical units shall be disposed of by the contractor. Project is located at various campgrounds on the Pactola/Harney Ranger District, Pennington County, South Dakota, Black Hills National Forest. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Price range is estimated between S25,000 - S100,000. (0087)
