Contractor shall provide the following collinear AOTF instruments. One computer controlled quartz collinear acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) spectrometer with wavelength range of operation; 420-800 nanometer (nm). One quartz collinear imaging AOTF cell for transmission of images with spectral range of 400-800 nm. One computer controlled quartz collinear acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) spectrometer with ultraviolet wavelength range of operation; 250-430 nanometer(nm). All items must be in accordance with Statement of Work. It is intended to award this contract to Applied Research Laboratory, Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA on a sole source basis. Penn State University is the only source that can provide collinear AOTF spectrometer and imaging instruments. Interested persons, responsible small businesses only may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting in writing a request for a copy of the solicitation.
