The Bureau of Public Debt, Department of Treasury, will issue a commercial item solicitation for the purpose of acquiring FIP hardware, software, and maintenance required to implement a PC-based system having the capability to scan, store, and display documents on-line as digitized images, for operating in a Novell network server environment, including WINDOWS NT Structured Query Language (SQL). The solicitation will result in a single contract award for a systems life of seven years. Requests for the solicitation must be made in writing.
