The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for engineering and technical support for continued development and maintenance of space systems. The contractor will provide all personnel, supplies, material, equipment, and administration as well as the engineering support required to develop, document, maintain, and enhance NRL space systems/subsystems, communications systems, tracking systems, and other related equipment and systems. Prior to contract award, a contractor must have a Secret Facility Clearance, Secret storage capabilities, and personnel available with DOD granted personnel security clearances commensurate with the level of access required for contract performance. The majority of the tasks will be performed at the NRL in Washington, D.C. The Government anticipates award of an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery cost reimbursable contract with a 60 month contract life.
