This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to contract on a 100% set-aside basis for small business concerns in accordance with Numbered Note 1. NRL has a requirement for engineering, coordination, and technical services to support the Advanced Techniques Branch of Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD). Specific tasks include: 1) Maintenance, coordination, and operational support of an IR missile simulator, and 2) Testing and evaluation of antennas and microwave systems and devices to support sea tests on the AN/SLQ-32 (V) Electronic Warfare System (EWS) and the MK 36 Decoy Launching System (DLS). The Statement of Work will contain further details and will be issued along with the solicitation. It is estimated that approximately 50 percent of the work will be performed at NRL.
