Jones, (614)772-7012 Architect/Engineer Services to design the upgrade/replacement of an existing air cooled chiller, design a water treatment (HVAC) system, closed loop, glycol-water heat transfer systems; survey and evaluate all existing HVAC systems and submit an analysis report summarizing recommendations to improve such systems for energy conservation and operation; prepare and furnish complete schematics, completed construction documents consisting of contract drawings, technical specifications, detailed estimates, project construction schedules and other associated documents. Estimated cost range for construction $25,000 to $50,000. Area of consideration is limited to State of Ohio. Qualified A/E firms desiring consideration must submit the appropriate data outlined in Numbered Note 24 no later than c.o.b. April 30, 1996.
