Projects will involve one or more of the following activities: Transportation master planning to include traffic generation, projection and assignment; capacity and safety analyses; geometric plans; and traffic control device plans to include signals. The contractor will be required to collect adequate data to perform all analyses. The contractor will provide draft copies for review and publish a formal report summarizing the survey data, analyses, findings, and recommendations for road and parking lot layout, geometric modifications, and traffic control devices to include signal plans. The proposed contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a Base Year and Four Option Years. The magnitude of this IDC will not exceed $1,500,000.00 per year.
