The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment, Philadelphia, intends to acquire through full and open competitive procedures EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES which include curriculum maintenance, curriculum development, and instruction of the following courses: Instructor Training, Instrumentation ''A'', Submarine Periscope Repair, Oxygen Equipment Cleaning and Calibration, AN/WLR-1H(V) 3/5 Maintenance, Electronic Warfare Support Systems/Test Equipment, Shipboard Gauge Calibration Program Standards Maintenance, Electronic Technology, and Advanced Electronic Technology. The Education and Training Services are in support of the Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC), Pensacola and will be conducted at Government facilities located in Pensacola, FL.
