This procurement will provide facilities, services, and contractor-owned equipment installed at the New Mexico Engineering Institute (NMERI) on the University of New Mexico's campus in Albuquerque. This facility directly supports Thermionic Evaluation Facility (TEF) goals by establishing the capability to evaluate thermionic technology designs, materials, and parametric characteristics as they relate to reliability and lifetime enhancement.
