The work consists of the design, fabrication, furnishing, assembly, testing, shipment, installation, startup and training to provide a gate control system at Dardanelle Lock and Dam and associated work at Dardanelle power plant. System predominately consists of PC based SCADA control, with PLC's/RTU's to interface with control and status points, and communication software for connection to different systems. Associated components such as conduits, wiring, enclosures, etc. are also required. Estimated magnitude of work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about 23 April 1996 at a cost of $41.00 for Specifications with Half size Drawings, $49.25 for Specifications with Full size Drawings, $25.50 for Specifications only (Charges are non-refundable).
