The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 90-35 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-9. The closing date for this solicitation has been extended to April 8, 1996. The following changes have been made to clauses; Delete clause 52.225-3; Add 252.225-7001, 252-225-7012, 252.227-7015, and 252-247-7024. Required delivery of the Inspection system will be 90 days after award of contract. All offers must be mailed with bid number placed under the contractor's return address for routing purposes, faxed copies will not be accepted.
