The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, spare parts, testing, transient voltage analysis, plant and equipment, to design, manufacture, package, ship, deliver and install components to retrofit four existing 13.8 KV, 2000 amp main generators, four existing 1200 amp neutral and two existing 1200 amp station service air circuit breakers with vacuum interrupters and capacitor trip devices. Also included is replacement of one breaker elevating mechanism and six breaker elevating mechanism motors. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about 15 April 1996 at a cost of $5.00 for Specifications (Charges are non-refundable).
